Overview
Our Road Lighting Layout Design service creates customized lighting plans tailored to each project’s specific road geometry, traffic conditions, and illumination requirements. We optimize pole height, spacing, fixture wattage, and light distribution to achieve perfect uniformity while minimizing energy consumption.
Design Parameters
- Road Classification: Highway, arterial, collector, residential, or pedestrian pathway
- Road Width: From 3m pathways to 40m+ multi-lane highways
- Pole Height: 4m to 15m based on road width and spacing
- Arm Length: 0.5m to 3m for optimal overhang
- Tilt Angle: 0° to 15° for precise beam direction
- Lighting Class: ME1-ME6 (EN 13201) or P1-P6 (pedestrian areas)
Optimization Process
- Site survey and road geometry analysis
- Selection of appropriate lighting class based on traffic volume and speed
- Initial fixture selection and pole placement
- DIALux simulation and iterative optimization
- Uniformity and glare verification
- Final layout documentation with installation specifications
